2-329/Gio- 1051

"C-crowning..?" He flinched as his body tensed, he lifted his legs up and pressed his feet into the cushions, spread. He held his breath and closed his eyes tightly- pushing as hard as he could before relaxing. He took another breath and held it again, pushing. "Owowowoow..." He pressed his head back hard as the baby's head slipped out of him- then with the nurse's help- his shoulders popped out then the rest of him slipped out. The baby almost instantly started crying as loud as it could. He was small, eyes closed tight as he tried screaming louder- two small ears poking out the side of his head and rested on his forehead were two little black bumps- a thin cover of light brownish red hair.Two closed his eyes tightly, panting hard- expecting the baby to look like some kind of monster.

1015 leaned over Two, peering at the baby, his ears perked, breath held. He was beautiful. His face cracked into a smile and he reached over to touch his soft cheek, regardless of the fact that he was still covered in fluids and the like. He produced a towel, moving to wrap the baby without removing him from Two. Not yet. He remembered that lesson from his first child- that trying to take the baby away from the 'mother' was never a good idea.

Two shifted some, the umbilical cord still connecting him to the crying baby. He slowly opened his eyes and looked down at the baby was way rested on him, watching him wiggle about, fisted hands moving around. "..." Silently Two sat up and grabbed the baby up in the towel and stared at him. "... Y-you.." He whispered and used the towel to clean off some of the fluid from the baby's face. "You're normal.." He whispered and smiled. "So tiny.." He moved to hold one of the baby's fisted hands then looked up at Gio. ".. Wa.. wanna cut the cord?"

His hand flicked out quickly. It looked like he was wearing a black glove, but he had just shifted his hand. He slashed away the cord after it was tied. After the after birth and everything was taken care of, he began to relax a little. "What's his name?" He asked, walking back towards the two, his eyes focused on the baby before flicking up to Two's face. He sat down at the edge of the futon, by Two's feet.

Two looked up at Gio with his ears back slightly. "U-um.. I-i don't know.. What should we name-" He pulled back the towel and recovered the now sleeping boy. "Him.. its a boy.." He gingerly ran his fingers through the baby's soft hair then looked up at Gio. "W-want to hold him?"

1015's eyes lit up like a child on Christmas day. Excitement filled him and he reached immediately for him before hesitating. He carefully pulled the child into his arms, clutching him close. He gazed at the sleeping boy and felt a slight pang of guilt, but nevertheless, he was happy.

Amoros leaned over 1015's shoulder, slipping into the scene silently. "Beautiful child- I'm sure he's going to grow up into a handsome man." He remarked with a smile, orange eyes lingering on the boy. "I hope the delivery was no trouble for you?" He turned to Two, his hands behind his back as if he were surveying a piece of art in a museum. "Interesting choice of ...room I have to add."

Two tensed as he stared at Ama, ears back and eyes narrowed slightly. "No, Sir.. It was only a bit painful.. But it was worth it." He muttered and kept his eyes locked on Gio and the sleepy baby. "It happened suddenly.. Gio was going to leave and he made this room for me to relax in.. so it was all by mistake.." He moved slightly, sitting closer to 1015- just so he could keep a protective eye over the boy. "... I think Louis is a good name.. I don't know where it came from.. but it seems decent enough for him." He moved his hand up and fixed some of that lightish brown/red hair that threatened to stick up. "Is that an ok name?" Completely ignoring Ama now.

Gio froze. Was Amoros here to take the child away from them already. Amoros laughed as if he heard the thought. "No, silly boy; I'm just here to take a look." 1015 gazed at him suspiciously before nodding and lowering his gaze submissively. "I apologize for not bringing you breakfast this morning, Master. Things came up." "Things indeed." Amoros reached over and stroked a cheek before walking away. "I suppose you'll have to aid Two for the time being. Take your time, Gio. Make sure the child is nice and healthy." 1015 exhaled, his eyes narrowing at Amoros's back before turning back to Two. "Louis sounds wonderful..."

A soft growl escaped him as he watched Ama touch Louis, ears lowering more. He stopped and silently watched Ama move away. He looked over at 1015 with a smile, tail wagging slowly. He gently leaned forward and kissed the top of the baby's head- making Louis shifted some and let out a soft groaning sound. "Hnnn~ So cute.." He looked up at 1015 and quickly looked away, blushing. "H-he looks more like you.."

He glanced down in surprise..the resemblance was there. He laughed softly, returning the child back to Two. "I think the opposite." He said quietly. "But he's ...amazing." It was like he was in a dream. He was undisturbed and put on break...it was too good to be true.

Two held the baby in his arms and leaned down to kiss his cheek softly. He then stood and grabbed Gio's hand and pulled him up. He led the other back into Gio's room and moved some of the pillows into a makeshift bed- setting louis down between them. He then moved down and laid next to him. Slow shifting down, looking up at Gio. "You wanna lay down here too?" He smiled.

1015 glanced at the door. "I should fetch some milk and what not for when he wakes up and is hungry.." He padded away for the kitchen. He had used up his magic quota of the day, and it would strain him to use more. He returned with some warm milk but set it on the counter within easy reach. A simple loop of energy kept the makeshift formula warm. He only then laid down with the two.

Two shifted slightly and stared at Gio before blushing and looking away. He pulled his lower lip between his teeth and closed his eyes- slowly drifting off with his tired body and the smell of his newly born son close to him. He moved his hand out and gently grabbed Gio's once more.
